Extra-easy salmon filets recipe

It will take no longer than 5 minutes!

Salmons In Italy come by plane. You will never find salmons among the several fishes that swim in the Mediterranean sea! The one in the picture - which is ready for lunch - comes straight from Norway.

This salmon recipe, like many other Italian recipes, is quite simple. It takes only a handful of minutes to be ready: you have to try it!

Salmon filets
Salmon do not live in the Mediterranean sea, it takes the plane to come in Italy.

Ingredients for salmon filets, two persons

  • 2 fresh salmon filets;
  • 1 ripe tomato;
  • parsley;
  • 1/4 glass of white wine;
  • salt;
  • lemon;
  • butter,

Preparation of salmon filets

Wash and salt the salmon filets. Use the butter for greasing a pan, then lay the salmon filets.

Add the diced ripe tomato, the chopped parsley, the white wine and some drops of lemon juice.

Put a lid on the pan and cook for about 2 or 3 minutes at moderate heat.

When ready, serve the salmon with its sauce produced while cooking.
