Roti prata, or simply prata, is a traditional Singapore’s fried flour-based pancake cooked over a flat grill. Many variations of this dish are available throughout the country and all over the world. While it's usually served with a vegetable or meat based curry, prata is often enjoyed with other different ingredients both sweet and savory, such as chocolate, ice-cream, banana, eggs, cheese, mushrooms onions and red beans.
