Now on Saturday January 17, 2015 in the 8th International Day of Italian Cuisines (IDIC), Eggplant will be the guest star. The appointment is in Sesto San Giovanni - Milan at Villa Torretta Hotel where 15 Michelin starred chefs will cook their Parmigiana recipe.
