Baked sea bass fish recipe

Eat more fish!

The fish is healthy, quick to cook and we should buy it more frequently, almost twice a week. However the fresh fish is highly perishable so, once bought you have to cook it within the next day.

All medium or large fish are suitable to be baked. In this simple recipe we will use the sea bass.

Fish fillet

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1 sea bass of about 1 kg already cleaned;
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil;
  • 1 sprig of rosemary;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 1 cup of dry white wine;
  • salt;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper.

Preparation

Rinse the sea bass and lay it in a pan with olive oil, white wine, salt, a pinch of ground black pepper and the rosemary sprig.

Put he pan into the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.

The fish is properly cooked when, touching it with a fork, it is soft and you can remove easily its skin.

Remove the casserole from the oven and arrange the sea bass on a plate with lemon slices. Buon appetito!
