Lots of good alternatives for our sources of proteins, iron and calcium.

It seems (datum predicted by experts and researchers) that meat consumption will be doubled by the end of 2020, while in the U.S.A. more or less the 50% of the water is implied in animal raising. However pay attention that meat brings men and women without distinction to stroke while vegan diets are “cholesterol free” because they’re rich in calcium, iron and proteins.

As you probably already know, foods full of proteins are considered potatoes, broccoli, tofu, soy milk, spinach, rice, wheat bread, while common sources of iron are black eyed peas and watermelon. In the end a panorama of most available sources of calcium: dark green vegetables, tofu, soy milk and orange juice.
